Skylab XX
Two decades ago, an idea was conceived to propel an audience into space through dance music. This mission became known as Skylab. With the initial space exploration a smashing success, future missions were planned into the reaches of space for each consecutive year. Guided by a new set of mission commanders providing interstellar beats as our rocket fuel, we took to the stars to explore strange new worlds and boldly go where no one had gone before.
Few dance music gatherings across the galaxy have captivated an audience for as long as Skylab has. From its humble beginnings at the dawn of this culture, to the out-of-this-world missions it has become, who could have known we would still be traveling though space together 20 years later?
On the 20th day of September, celebrate 20 years of Skylab.
