Krewella Added To Global Dance Festival 2012
This week we are announcing one artist for Global Dance Festival 2012 everyday at 1pm! Yesterday we announced Adventure Club and today we are happy to announce that Krewella will be joining Knife Party on the July 20th lineup!
If you haven't heard of Krewella yet, you're truly in for a treat. Krewella is the project of sister vocalists Jahan and Yasmine and producer Rain Man. The past few months, they have been killing it with every release, masterfully combining pounding bass with sultry vocals to create juicy tunes that set every dance floor on fire. Their sound is often described as a combination of Skrillex-like edits, high-energy electro house, and spine-tingling vocal chops, a combination destined for dance-floor destruction. Their newest release 'Killin It' has been making huge waves in dance music, conquering #2 on Hype Machine and cementing the trio as one of 2012's most promising up-and-coming artists. Be on the lookout for Krewella's debut EP, scheduled for release this spring.
